What is the status of my order?

Once your payment is finalised you will receive an order confirmation by email. To ensure fast delivery we will do our best to process your order as soon as possible. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

How long does my delivery take? 

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times on average:
EU, UK: Standard 2-5 business days
US, CA: Standard 4-6 business days
Rest of World: standard 5-7 business days

My tracking link is not showing updates

Depending on the country, it may take the shipping carrier 24-48 hours for the tracking link to update. Please refer back to the tracking link later again for updates. Still not seeing updates after 5 days? Contact us by email.

Do I have to pay for import / custom duties?

No, you won't be charged any customs fee.


What is your return policy?

You can return your item for any reason within 20 days after receiving it. Products must be returned unused and in original state. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. The incurred costs for returning are not covered for.

How long does it take to get my money back?
We work hard to ensure you a fast refund time. Firstly your order must have been delivered to our warehouse. Once your return reaches our warehouse it goes through a quality control inspection which may take some days. We strive to process your refund within 14 days after delivery.
How do I take care of my sunglasses?
We always suggest to store your sunglasses in a safe place or in the hard case included with your glasses when possible. During times of wearing your sunglasses, keep them clean and occasionally check and tighten screws when possible.
Will you restock sold out items?
In order to offer you the newest collections possible most of our items will not be restocked once sold out. We do consider limited restocks when receiving lots of requests. We advise you to keep an eye on our newsletter and social media pages to stay updated on releases and restocks.
When is the next release coming?
There is no pattern in new releases so we can unfortunately not give you a clear answer on that. However, we do have a lot of releases lining up throughout the month / year. Keep an eye on our newsletter and social media pages to stay updated on the next release.
